A storybook vampire stands with his cape held open, the lining a flat scarlet against the black, while four small bats wheel around him. It is the Dracula everyone pictures before they picture anything else, and it stitches like a poster rather than a portrait.
The design is built from solid shapes with clean edges, so it grows fast for the stitch count. The bats sit in the empty fabric around the figure and give the piece room to breathe without asking you to fill a background.

DMC 3371 Black Brown does the heavy lifting across the cape and hair, and DMC 817 Coral Red Very Dark makes the lining read as red from across the room. DMC 3774 Desert Sand Very Light carries the face.
The rest of the palette is there in small amounts for the shirt, the collar and the shading under the chin. Every color is listed with its number, name, symbol, stitch count, how many skeins to buy and how many strands to use, both in the PDF legend and in the CSV thread list.
Print at 100% or Actual Size rather than Fit to Page, and pick the file that matches your paper. Start near the center of the chart and keep every top arm of the cross facing the same direction.
Work the black-brown shapes first. Once the cape and the hair are down, everything else is placing small blocks of color inside an outline that already exists, and the bats take a few minutes each.
